Frequently asked questions

Can I switch between plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 90 days of full access with limited AI credits (2 lessons + 1 exam per month). A credit card is required to prevent abuse but won't be charged. School plans include a 30-day free trial.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of a lower plan, you'll have read-only access to the excess data until you upgrade or remove it.

Do Teaching Packs expire?

Yes. Teaching Packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused credits expire after this period. We recommend buying packs as needed rather than stockpiling.

Do AI Images Packs expire?

Yes. AI Images Packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Unused image credits expire after this period.

Can I use a School plan as an individual teacher?

School plans are designed for institutions with multiple staff members. If you're an individual teacher, the Solo or Solo Pro plans are a better fit and more affordable.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Invoices are generated automatically each month.

What currencies do you support?

Prices are listed in EUR. Stripe automatically handles currency conversion for international cards. You'll be charged in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
